For efiling, registration of the Designated Partner under Business User needs to be created and eforms can only be filled with this login.
Registration of DSC as Business user,
Select your DSC and click on “ Read Certificate” allowing the portal to read your file from the Certificate for registration of your DSC.
You will be able to access the e forms in your login id only after getting successfully registered with LLP Portal.
In case of efiling onwww.llp.gov.in, currently you have to fill the eForm on the portal itself and upload the same at that point of time only , you cannot save it and file it later on
Currently under efiling facility available on www.llp.gov.in, it is not possible to save and mail the eforms.
In case you have filled an eForm and were not able to upload the same, next time, use the “Load Draft” facility to retrieve the details last filled. This is possible, only in case the eform is filled on the same computer, in which the last eform was filled.
Currently, no facility of addendum is available atwww.llp.gov.in,therefore carefully submit all the relevant details in the eForm itself
Currently , user have only the option to make the payment of eForms by credit card, other modes of payment will be opened soon.
