My son want to start up unit in marketing of products through web site, say there is one name of the site say ABC and the owner co name is XYZ (llp)so when the sale occurred the amount will be credited in the name of firm i.e XYZ(LLP) and it will be shown as such in the buyers credit card statement so he will be confused that he did not purchase from XYZ(llp) becausehe made purchases from ABC so there will always be confusion and legal issues is there any way out? 0 Ankit 22 22 Jul 2009
